Training Center
Since 1972, Applied Scholastics has been offering training courses for
teachers, educators, parents and college students.
In addition to Applied Scholastics trainers
going out to train teachers in places as far as Southern Africa, China
and Costa Rica, we offer short and long training courses to educators
at our international headquarters and training institute.
This new center will be training teachers to implement Study Technology
in their schools as well as training tutors and educational consultants
in the solutions to help children and youth suffering from lifetime learning
problems.
Located in the Spanish Lake area of St.
Louis, Missouri, residential and daytime professional training is now
available at the headquarters of Applied Scholastics. Whether one wishes
to open a new Applied Scholastics learning center, school or community
program, or learn the skills and knowledge to improve the results in one's
own educational setting, Applied Scholastics has the right service to
help.
These services include everything from
workshops, conventions and courses on basics to advanced teaching strategies
and methodologies. Some courses are available with continuing education
credits or postgraduate credits. Training at the campus provides professional
educators with commanding tools, interactive learning strategies and teaching
techniques with which to create and provide an optimum knowledge base
and learning environment. Educators will master the applications that
allow students to become more accountable, self-directed and self-advocating.
We welcome people of all races and creeds
to our international training center to learn these new educational breakthroughs
that make study a technology and route to grasping new ideas and gaining
new abilities.
